Common Deformities of the Feet

The opposite of flat feet is high arches, where the instep is higher than normal. This can lead to pain in the ball of the foot as well as causing difficulty in finding shoes that fit properly. Children’s Foot and Heel Pain

Is Wearing High Heels Bad for the Feet?
